The follow questions help you to explore your company’s readiness to meet the challenges poses by China’s system for international trade.
- Head Quarter Support. Do you have the support of top management? (China sales manager, sales/technical (travels to China) and support staff, interpreter etc.
- Finance. Sufficient financial resources to support marketing of products( translations cost, trade shows, customer international seminars)
- Previous experience. Do you have experience in export to at least one foreign market?
- HR.Staff Capacity. Do you have staff that can host potential buyer, negotiate sales negotiations, facilitate pre-contractual equipment inspections and provide installation training.
